The upper level offers 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a den with sofa bed, a full kitchen, and dining/living area. You may rent one of both of the apartments. One apartment has a rental rate of $2,100/wk.
Rent both apartments, the entire property, for $3900/wk. or $6000/mo. May - October. $4000/wk.or $7000/mo. November - April.
Maid service is provided daily except for Sundays and Holidays.
