Four bedroom/Three bath main house sleeps a maximum of 8 guests $5000/wk. year round. There is a $975 refundable security deposit required with final payment. Note: The rental rates are for accommodations only. The pool and ocean kayak are offered free of charge for the use of guests at their own risk. Guests are responsible for replacing all the gas and oil used in the motorboat. There is no life guard on duty at the pool or beach, and adult guests of Hidden Haven are responsible for constantly supervising children that accompany them. Note: An energy surcharge is applicable on this rental for any electricity bills over $200/wk. |
