Three bedroom/Two bath main house (maximum six adults and two small children - one king bed, one queen, two twin beds, one sofa/mattress) $2500/wk. year round. One bedroom/One bath guest wing (maximum 2 guests - one king bed) $500/wk. year round. There is a $300 refundable security deposit required with final payment. Note: The rental rates are for accommodations only. The pool, ocean kayak, motor boat, and bicycles are offered free of charge for the use of guests at their own risk. Guests are responsible for replacing all the gas and oil used in the motorboat. There is no life guard on duty at the pool or beach, and adult guests of Hidden Haven are responsible for constantly supervising children that accompany them. Note: An energy surcharge is applicable on this rental for any electricity bills over $150/wk. |
