The ground floor at Sea Fan offers a large open great room. The kitchen is fully equipped and open to the dining and living areas. Also on the ground floor is a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, a full bathroom, and laundry facilities. The covered porch is a great place to relax at the end of the day and wave to passersby many of whom will stop to have a friendly chat. The back deck offers an area for outdoor dining and barbecue grilling.
The top floor at Sea Fan offers a large bedroom with a queen bed and a double bed along with a large full bathroom en suite. There is also an open loft bedroom with a queen size bed.
