"CAPRICORN HOUSE" Governor's Harbour, Eleuthera is situated on a magnificent secluded 16 acre beach front estate on a beautiful pink sand beach.
The main house sleeps a maximum of ten persons and consists of five bedrooms each with its own private bathroom, a large open living/dining room which leads onto a deck with views of the sea and beautifully landscaped grounds, a large, well-equipped kitchen, and scattered out-door decks with lounging and dining areas.
For larger parties, there is also the "guest house" located just to the north of the main house which sleeps a maximum of two and offers its own kitchen, living area, bedroom and bathroom, and deck. Also, available on the property is "Kari's Cottage" which sleep two persons and is located up on a hill just to the south of the main house and offers a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room, and a covered porch with a spectacular ocean view.
The pool area is located between the house and the beach and offers its own phone/fax extentions, a wet bar and fridge, and many chaise lounges.
The beautifully landscaped grounds offer a small fruit orchard and vegetable gardens so that you can pick your own fruits and vegetables in season.
Rental rates: September 15 - November 15 $7500/wk. for up to six person in the 5BR/5BA main house. $500/wk. for each additional person up to a maximum of 10. $1250/wk. for the 1BR/1BA guest house for a maximum of four persons. $1500/wk. for the 1BR/1BA Kari's Cottage.
Rental rates: November 16 - September 14 $9000/wk. for up to six person in the 5BR/5BA main house. $600/wk. for each additional person up to a maximum of 10. $1500/wk. for the 1BR/1BA guest house for a maximum of two persons. $2000/wk. for the 1BR/1BA Kari's Cottage for a maximum of two persons. There is a minimum two week stay requested for the Christmas/New Years holiday.
Note: $750 refundable damage deposit is due with payment of rental balance.
